Are your containers secure?
All our containers are secured by lock boxes.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
We sell locks to secure your unit and the lock is yours to keep, however you are also permitted to provide you own lock to secure your unit.
How soon can you deliver or pickup my container?
Most deliveries and pickups can be done same day or within 48 hours.
What size containers do you offer?
We provide 20 ft containers with dimension of 20′ long and 8’6″ tall. We also provide 40ft standards with dimensions of 40′ long and 8’6″ tall along with 40ft double door containers with openings on both ends with the same dimensions. Our 40 ft high cube containers are 40ft by 9’6″ tall giving more height to the units.
How can I be sure my container will not leak?
We inspect all units before delivery to make sure they are dry inside and weather tight.
Are there any additional fees above and beyond my quoted price?
We do not charge service or fuel charge so there will be not hidden fees behind your original quoted price.
How much do I owe you at the beginning of my rental?
We do require delivery and pickup fees as well as the first month’s rent to be paid on the first invoice within 30 days of delivery.
Do you require long-term contracts?
We do not require any costumers to sign a term contract we are a month to month rental facility.
What if I have you pick up my container before the end of my monthly term? Will you prorate my charges?
We do not prorate any of our monthly rental fees.
How does billing work for residential and commercial accounts? Do you offer credit terms?
We do not require a credit app for our customers. All commercial accounts are billed on a net 30 and all residential accounts require a credit card on file and to be paid upfront.
Will you mail or email me an invoice?
Each customer is invoiced either through mail or email depending on their preferred method of delivery.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver to the entire state of Ohio and Northern West Virginia.
Will you move a loaded container?
We do not like to move loaded containers. Both the items inside the container and the container itself can be damaged during the process of setting the units.
